Dudley Creek Health (DCH) invites expressions of interest from fellowship-trained Hand, Wrist and Elbow Surgeons to join our multidisciplinary surgical team. We seek a clinician committed to complex reconstruction, minimally invasive techniques and collaborative, patient-centred care.

 

Established in 2022, DCH delivers integrated outpatient services across consultation, diagnosis, investigation and treatment. Our purpose-built facility includes modern consultation suites, dedicated upper limb imaging (X ray and ultrasound), fully-equipped operating rooms, and seminar spaces for education and research. DCH is a recognised leader in WALANT (Wide Awake Local Anaesthetic No Tourniquet) surgery, enhancing safety, efficiency, and recovery through awake procedures without sedation or general anaesthesia.

 

OPPORTUNITY
You will work alongside experienced colleagues including Mr Ram Chandru, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon (Upper Limb), and a skilled team of hand therapists, nurses and allied specialists. The role includes surgical and non surgical management, utilisation of DCH’s advanced facilities (including WALANT) and contribution to continuous professional development, innovation and research.

 

QUALIFICATIONS
• FRACS or equivalent.
• Specialist registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
• Demonstrated experience in hand, wrist and elbow surgery.
• Commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centred outcomes.
